How long does the installation process take from start to finish?
Our usual installations take as little as one day. We offer an ‘end to end’ service that starts with helping you to choose a fire or suite to a full installation.

We offer a number of marble and natural stone surrounds from a number of suppliers. We also create bespoke surround for all types of lifestyles
How energy-efficient are your fires?
All our log burners conform to ECO standards that ensure all wood burns to maximum efficiency. Glass fronted gas fires operate higher than open fronted fires.
How do I care for the glass doors or panels of the fireplace?
We’ve found that with the airwash systems present in all ECO standard stoves and insets the glass requires very little cleaning. We also offer a range of specialist cleaning products to help you.
